Riverview, Florida – The National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Olday as the new Regional Manager for the Caribbean Territory. Andy currently serves as the Regional Manager for the Florida Territory and will take on the added territory effective immediately.
Born in Newcastle, England, and a resident of Florida since 1994, Andy brings over 25 years of expertise in underwater instruction and business management to his new role. Before joining NAUI in 2015, he held the position of Training & Community Manager for a well-known dive retail and training operation while living in Key West, Florida.
An experienced SCUBA Instructor since 1996, Andy has had the privilege to teach and dive in many locations around the globe. He is also an avid free diver, boater, and spear fisherman with a keen eye for underwater photography and videography.
Andy expressed his enthusiasm for his new role, stating, “I am excited to accept the new position. I look forward to starting my journey expanding NAUI’s presence in the Caribbean while working with high-quality diving centers and servicing the needs of business owners, their teams, and their customers.”

Andy’s appointment aims to strengthen NAUI’s mission of safe diving through education, expanding the association’s reach in the Caribbean, and building strong relationships with diving centers and business owners in the region.
