NAUI Worldwide is partnering with Force Blue for the Force Blue Ocean Conservation School (OCS). This program allows Gold Star Families to become involved and educated in the diving community.

During the week of March 10 – 13, 2022, eight Gold Star children and their guardians will have the opportunity to earn their NAUI Open Water diving certification in Vortex Springs, Florida. The four-day Ocean Conservation School will allow for these families to learn more about the diving world, build back confidence in themselves, and expand their support and community around them by meeting like-minded people.

During their time at the OCS, these eight families will be learning the ins and out of diving through NAUI, getting immersed into the Force Blue’s community, participating in “Blue Mind” conservation study with Dr. Wallace J. Nichols, and engaging in “Real World Service” Coastal Conservation Ops.
