On April 1-2, 2023 in Tyler, Texas a successful Instructor Qualification Program was executed by NAUI affiliate Scuba Steve’s.  The program was accomplished at the Scuba Ranch with Gary Peacock, NAUI Instructor Trainer (NAUI # 47859).

An Instructor Qualification Program is the final phase of a NAUI Instructor Training Course where candidate instructors learn effective methods to teach skin and scuba diving in compliance with NAUI diving course standards.  Welcome aboard new instructors!

On April 21-23, 2023 in Cookson, Oklahoma a NAUI crossover was completed by NAUI affiliate Nautical Adventures.  The NAUI Instructor Crossover Course is designed to train and qualify applicants in good standing with non-NAUI recreational scuba training organizations as a NAUI Instructor member.  There were two crossover candidates, Tim Knight and Richard Reagan, both completing their crossover, welcome aboard to the NAUI family!
